  6. In a bowl add the rice flour. Add water and make a thin consistency. Add salt and mix
  7. Heat a wok and add 1 Tbsp oil. Add the Rice flour batter and keep stirring for 5 mins until a dough is formed. Set aside to cool
  8. When it’s okay to handle on bare hands, grease your palm and make lemon size balls
  9. Flatten and stuff the Chana Dal stuffing. Make oblong shape and compete the batch
  10. Grease a steamer and put on heat. Add the Pitha and steam for 8-10 mins
