  2. Daal—- In a pressure cooker add both the dal, salt, turmeric powder and water. Cook it till 2-3 whistle or 8-10 minutes.
  3. Take a tadka pan heat ghee add mustard seeds in it,when it splutter add cumin seeds, hing, garlic, green chilli and curry leaves in it. Saute it for minute.
  4. Add red chilli powder. Turn off the flame. Pour this tadka in boiled dal. Add boil water to maintain consistancy if needed. Add coriander leaves.
  5. Rice and Daal is ready to serve.
