  1. Soak beans for two hours. Without removing the skin
  2. Use a pressure cooker to cook beans till slightly done
  3. Wash rice and perboil till soft too
  4. In a larger pot add Palm oil onions, tomato and pepper, garlic, locust beans fry a little and pour in water and allow to boil.
  5. Add in rice and beans and allow to cook on medium heat.
  6. If not soft enough add little hot water and cook till soft
