Now on the 2 sheets Shortcrust pastry:cut one sheet into 4.Do this for other pastry to have 8 or so.Put each pastry into the muffin hole,let pending the edge.Fill the hole with 1/4cup minced beef, added extra 1 tbs minced beef on top. Lastly put a pastry lid on top of the meat.
