Instructions to make Rice and stew:
  1. Perboild ur rice and wash, put water wt some salt and d rice to cook put ur diced yam.when it done keep aside.
  2. Wash ur kayan Miya I don't blend it I use turmi. Wash d fish a sprinkle ginger and salt.
  3. Put ur oil in a put and some onions with d fish til done remove and keep aside,put ur tomatoes with some baking powder or potash.
  4. Stir and put ur Maggi I mostly use star n knor put ur curry masala and stir again put ur fish and don't be far from d kitchen lower d heat til is done then sarve and enjoy
