  4. Allow to grill on low heat checking the heat to avoid running out. Add more charcoal from time to time.Do not flame 🔥 the heat - When using traditional method cover well with a big cover to lock in the heat and steam.
  5. After an hour remove from heat and check if it is cooked. Remove from foil and Glaze, then place in an oven for 2 mins and serve immediately
