Instructions to make Arbi Fry:
  1. Soak arbi in water for 15 minutes and remove the sand. Wash thoroughly and pressure cook for 2 whistles. Once done peel the skin off and cut it into cubes.
  2. In bowl add ginger garlic, turmeric powder, chilli powder, coriander powder, salt and lemon juice. Mix this and marinate the arbi in this mixture for around 30 minutes
  3. Heat oil in kadai and keep the flame medium to low. Add all the marinated arbi and saute until the masala colour changes to light golden. Now add the garam masala and saute until it change to proper golden colour.
  4. Serve hot with any rice dishes. I served with sambar rice
