  3. Cover it and let it sit for about 1 hour at room temperature  to rise until doubled in size.
  4. On a floured surface roll the dough into a round loaf. Place in a baking tray and leave to rise again for 30 minutes. Optional sprinkle black sesame seeds and  few green onion chopped leaves on top.
  5. Preheat oven to 200c - Bake for 15 minutes - Reduce oven temperature to (180C) and bake for another 10-15 minutes. - Cool on a wire rack. Let the bread cool completely before cutting.
  6. Serve them with your favourite dipping sauce. I enjoy eating them with my garlic mayonnaise.
