  10. Sprinkle some oats or you can also use some crushed nuts.
  11. Again keep the pan in a warm place until the dough becomes double in size again.
  12. Bake it in a preheated oven at 180 degree C for about 30 minutes. The bread will sound hollow if you knock. This is the indication that the bread is baked perfectly.
  13. When the bread cools down, demould it and cut in slices.
  14. Enjoy with a cup of tea or coffee. The bread in soft, little sweet and flavoured with chocolate and coffee.
