Steps to make Lauki-Mix Dal Fritters:
  1. Wash and soak mix dal for 5-6 hrs. Strain all water from the dal. Now take grinder add green chillies, ginger, garlic, Cumin seeds and mix dal. Grind coarse.
  2. Take out in a bowl add bottle gourd, salt Chopped coriander leaves. Mix it all well. Cover it and keep for 1/2 hour.
  3. After 1/2 hour. Take a pan add oil for frying. Keep on low- medium flame. Beat the batter thoroughly so it gets fluffy. Oil gets hot add little batter with your hand like dumplings. Deep fry it.
  4. It should be golden and crisp from the outer side. Enjoy as evening snacks with some onion rings and any favourite Chutney.

Mix all the dry ingredients well. To this dry mixture now add onion, finely chopped coriander, mint leaves and green chilies. With the help of grater, finely grate the bottle gourd (peeled, washed and dried) directly into the mixture.
