  4. Now place the bowl in microwave and cover it… Keep maximum temperature for 3 min… After 3 min check with knife.. If need.. keep in microwave for 1 min.. Now take out and give rest for 2 min.
  5. After 2 min resting.. Heat frying pan, heat one tbs oil..temper with mustered seeds, Karri leaves and green chilli.. It start to pop now add sugar and one cup water, stir continously.. Sugar melted now, take out from heat and pour it on Dhokla (savory cake).
  6. Cut into pieces and serve with any sauce..
