  6. Take 1 12oz. package of shredded cheddar cheese
  7. Prepare 1 1/2 tbsp season salt

  1. Brown ground beef & season with season salt or to taste. Add onion 3/4 way cooking. Drain grease, add gravy & set aside.
  2. Prepare potatoes as directed on package. Mixing all packages together. When potatoes almost done, add 1/2 package of shredded cheese.
  3. In 13x9 in. pan, put meat on bottom & spread. Then add potatoes on top & spread.
  4. Take eggs & pour over top of potatoes. Poke holes in potatoes to get egg to help combine dish.
  5. Sprinkle rest of cheese on top, cover with foil & bake for 30 minutes in a 375° preheated oven.
  6. Serve with a side of veggies. I use frozen mixed veggies, peas, corn, or carrots.
