  5. Add a little tomato sauce to the meatballs and bake 350° 10/15 mins
  6. In a pot, heat your oil to around 325.
  7. Cut your dry Bucatini Noodles into toothpick length pieces. Add to hot oil and fry 2 - 3 minutes until crispy
  8. To serve, line a serving platter with warm tomato sauce, add the meatballs and put a Bucatini skewer in each piece, garnish with parm and parsley!

Make the meatballs: In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, ground pork, reserved onion and garlic mixture, bread crumbs, ricotta, parsley, eggs, Parmesan, milk, salt, and pepper. Cook spaghetti in a large pot of boiling salted water, stirring occasionally, until al dente. Using tongs, transfer to pot with sauce.
