  8. Add in the chopped carrots, kidney beans and runner beans and fry for a few seconds. Then add the remaining stock cubes allow a few seconds and pit off the cooking heat.
  9. Note: sweet corn and green bell pepper should be added last to help retain their color
  10. Finally, in a bigger saucepan or pot, combine the already cooked rice and sauce over lower heat(so that you don't overcook the veggies) Don't forget to add in the sweet corn and green bell pepper thus time
  11. Taste and adjust taste with salt if necessary and remember not to mix too much so the rice doesn't mash up,then put off the cooking heat
