  3. Clean and prepare banana leaves ,by tear big enough to cover the whole fish ,use at least 4 layers each
  4. In mixing bowl,add chilli paste to fish ,mix well with slices herbs ,add fishsauce ,or soya sauce ,stuff some herbs inside the fish
  5. Lay fish on prepared banana leaves ,wrap it up ,use toothpick to help
  6. Bake on charcoal on low heat until banana wrap dark ,or bake on pan on low heat ,cover lid
  7. Open and serve with fresh vegetables,rice
